Hi Maren, Unfortunately New Year's Eve menus are notoriously expensive so many restaurants will be out of your price range. Some of your best bets to see fireworks will be around the South Bank (Las Iguanas, Ping Pong, etc.) where you can have dinner and then wander over afterwards to have a look.
